Our access road off the main road is 8 kilometers of dirt/gravel road. Whilst normal sedan vehicles can navigate this road, we recommend a 4 x 4 high-clearance vehicle particularly in the rainy season.
- Travel directly through Livingstone town.
- You will pass the centre CBD and will pass a Total petrol station on your left and a Puma petrol station on your right.
- At the traffic lights (only set in Livingstone), turn right. This road is the Nakatindi road that leads you to the Botswana border (Kazangula). Take this road to the right.
- Travel on this road for 32km, and you will reach the Siankaba turn-off.
- You will pass Thorntree Lodge, Tongabezi Lodge & Waterberry Lodge before this turn.
- When you see a sign for Camp Nkwazi/Zambezi Tobacco farm on the left, you are approximately 10km from Siankaba’s turn-off.
- Our sign is a wooden sign on the left-hand side of the road, after a Zesco billboard on the right and a large commercial farm on the left.
- Turn down this dirt road. We are 7km from the tar along this road.
- Follow the signposts, and this road will take you to the Islands of Siankaba. You can call us once you are on this road.
- When you arrive, we will meet you at the reception and take you across to the island by boat.
